Curbside/Carpool Program Online Registration

Please complete this form if you plan to use the pick-up line at dismissal time. You must have an official carpool pick-up number whether you are picking up just one child or a group of children. Once you have a pick-up number you are not obligated to use it every day. You have the option of walking in to meet your child.

Only one form should be submitted for each carpool on behalf of all participating members. If you are forming a carpool, please designate one applicant to submit this form for all members of your group. Once school starts, the designated applicant will receive pick-up number cards for everyone in his/her carpool. It is the designated applicant's responsibility to distribute the cards to the other drivers.  Remember: only official Laurel carpool cards will allow you to pick up children at the curbside carpool lane.
